How long does it take to get started?

Most businesses are up and running within 1-2 weeks. After your free consultation, we handle all the setup: connecting your bank accounts, configuring QuickBooks Online, and categorizing your historical transactions. You'll have everything in place and be receiving monthly reports within days.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level AES-256 encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Fyncra is built on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and our team was founded by cybersecurity professionals. We never have access to your bank passwords—we use OAuth connections for secure, permission-based access only. Your financial data is treated with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, you'll see the credit applied to your next invoice.

What if I have more than 400 transactions per month?

Our Growth plan covers up to 400 transactions per month, and our Premium plan includes unlimited transactions. If you're between plans, we recommend starting with Premium or reaching out to discuss a custom plan. We can also review your business and help optimize your accounting to reduce unnecessary transaction volume.

Do you offer tax preparation?

Our bookkeeping services keep your records organized and tax-ready year-round. All plans include ongoing support, and our Premium plan includes a tax-ready year-end package that prepares your financial statements for your accountant or tax preparer. For actual tax filing, we recommend working with a CPA, and we're happy to coordinate with them.

What's included in the monthly financial review call?

In the Growth and Premium plans, your dedicated bookkeeper will schedule a monthly call to review your financial statements, discuss cash flow trends, answer questions, and ensure everything is accurate. This is a great time to dive into profitability by service line, understand your financial position, and plan ahead. Premium members also get quarterly strategy calls to discuss financial goals and growth metrics.

What happens if I'm missing receipts or documentation?

Don't worry—this is common. Your dedicated bookkeeper will work with you to track down missing documentation and resolve discrepancies. We'll review your bank and credit card statements to categorize transactions accurately. If something can't be documented, we'll flag it and discuss it with you so there's no confusion come tax time.
